ISLETA RESORT & CASINO: A Christmas buffet is calling you at Isleta Resort & Casino’s Bow Tie Bistro. The buffet includes marinated grilled chicken breast with pomegranate and cherry glaze, sliced. Isleta Casino had gone down hill ever since the tribal government took it back over. These people can't run their government operation correctly and sure as hell can't run a casino!!! Don't bother spending your hard earned money at this dump, Sandia, Route 66 and Santa Ana Casinos have a much better seafood buffet and care about customer. At Tiwa we believe finger-licking good barbeque is an art form that takes time. It is meticulously slow cooked over smokey hardwood chips for many hours and seasoned to perfection.
