Of course, there’s poker too – and lots of it. Magic City Casino’s poker room houses 19 action-packed tables that host live and limit cash games like Ultimate Texas Holdem, Three Card Poker and even One Card Poker. And there are poker tournaments as well (it’s what you came here for after all): one at 8 pm on Mondays and another at 2 pm on Thursdays. Hialeah’s poker room is pretty big with its 33 tables, but it’s nowhere near as big as Palm Beach Kennel Club’s two-floor 64-table room that features tableside dining and beverage services and a whole lot of TVs and betting windows so you can get in on some greyhound and sports betting action between your poker games.

But the best thing about this venue’s poker room is that it caters to players of all skill levels. If you’re a beginner, there are a lot of instructional materials available here to help you get started. And if that’s not enough, you can even ask the poker room staff to host a lesson for you. If you’re a seasoned player who’s looking for more high stakes games, however, there are multi-table tournaments (with buy-ins of up to $800) that you can join.
